Yes, im nov 2013 applicant. And just like that... my application has been declined.. i called up my representative and she said that ainp hasnt emailed them yet.

So sorry to hear that..just cannot believe that they rejected you only because of that (you basically exceed the criteria req.), and they're giving out nominations to people who are gonna get PR through EE. My fear is that I'm gonna get rejected too then 'cause I applied with 2.8 years of experience, and not 3. And we cannot apply EE... so cold.

that is 100 % AINP fault. They should have informed him/her at the time of issuing a file number. This a complete mess

she asked me to ask my boss to give me skilled position to be able to do the EE. how can i do that? applying for LMIA is very hard.

Sounds awful but it seems that the officer was looking for a reason to decline your app. They should have done that right away and not give you a file number and let you wait for more than a year. You could have passed the general ielts and apply again. But to do it like this... just cruel.

i cannot think properly when she told me it will be declined. and when it finally sink in, she said 'im sorry i have to put down the phone bec i have to look at other docs'.
