R u waiting for AINP nomination

People here receive nominations silently and ask for help in order to apply for Work Permit extension. What kind of humanity is this? Please share you info and similarly get help

im losing hope with this ainp thing. my employer will not renew us anymore. even if it comes out before my wp expires, i wont be able to continue the application anymore. its very difficult to find lmia right now. whoaaaaaaaaaaaa

True, true and we here believe that no nominations are being issued... Please share the info when you get nominated along with your category and Noc...we are all in the same boat here..

Dec 16th,2014: document arrived
March 18th,214: got file number
Feb 13th,2015: work permit expired
Feb 5th,2015: recieved a phone call from AINP ask for pay stub from Dec 2104 till now
Feb 6th,2015 (friday)： send the pay stub and following up a phone call, officer said they are working on it.
Feb 9th,2015(monday): company received a phone call, ask if they are still want to support my nomination, they give a very positive answer and say my position is very import in the company.
1 minute afer this call, the AINP officer called my cellphone to say that it get approved and ask my fax number.
she said fax will be better for me, because I can use this fax to apply for my work permit, otherwise it will be too late to wait the mail arrive.

Hope everyone get your approve letter soon.

By the way, the officer who called me was very nice, she was very patient to answer all my questions. they called me at around 20:00, so always keep your cell phone or voice message on if you are close the time.

you will apply for closed work permit, he does not need to apply for lmia for you, or he does not need you anymore???

What are you talking about?? WPs are issued based on LMIA.

You are good if you have a nomination certificate. No LMIA needed

Employers are so tired of this long process that they no longer want to apply for Lmia, I personally know some of them that said they don't want to deal with it anymore... Too much hassle...

FOR BOWP:
The parameters to be eligible for a bridging work permit are the following and as stated on the CIC website.
•they are currently in Canada;•they have valid status on a work permit that is due to expire within four months;•they are the principal applicant on an application for permanent residence under the FSWP, the CEC, the FSTP, or the PNP (see note below);•they have received a positive eligibility assessment on their permanent residence application under one of the Economic Class programs above; and•they have applied for an open work permit.Note: Foreign nationals in the Provincial Nominee Program are eligible if they have provided a copy of the nomination letter issued by the nominating province or territory with their application and there is no indication that employment restrictions exist as conditions of the nomination

True. This may sound weird but my employer isnt doing anything to apply for lmia. Some of my co workers are going back home even if they havent reach the 4 years cap.
