yes, 4 years cap + invitation to apply from AINP
does anybody here get the invitation letter from AINP that allow work permit extension?

a lot of good news yesterday, no news today? I think we should keep getting good news at least a week !! :o

Hey Guys,

After receiving the nomination from AINP how do you apply for permanent card ? is it through the Express Entry or there is another method for the nominees ?

thank you

I applied under the employer driven skilled (international st..) I called today and was told my file is still in the queue and has not yet been assigned to a program officer. This is so frustrating as this is the 14th month. Work permit expires in Oct 2015. Is there any hope at all?

Yeah, there are 8 months left of your work permit. If you get your nomination before the last moment, you will be fine.

My friend sent a fax to AINP to remove his file from processing on Feb 13.

He got a called today and AINP officer confirmed why did he quit and where is he.

This is so weird :'(

They called a person who wanted to remove his file......Crazy :o

Sorry to hear that. What is the reason for the refusal of your lmia? Was it from the same employer?

I apply lmia with the same employer working with them last 27 month reson they said that to my employer is you have difference between ad post and lmia like $1 deffret in lmia said $14 and ad post said $13 that's reson u got refusal from. I wait for lmia 7 month and last moment they like that I'm so disponted now I don't know what to do next ni chance to find lmia ?
