congrats! When does his work permite expire?

I've called then at the very beginning and they said I can be his plus one he can be mine plus one.
We've been here in Canada for 3.5 year and we would take all chances. Plus he had finished his school after I did. So, we took double our chances for immigration.

What is up with all these woe is me posts?

The AINP clearly stated that if you applied "between January and April 2014 (inclusive), it is going to take at least 15 - 18 months from the date your application was received.
Between May and August 2014 (inclusive): at least 18 - 24 months from the date your application was received. September 1, 2014 and after: at least 25 months from the date your application was received. " Most people from my observation applied in the skilled worker and international graduate categories. For semi skilled workers its gonna be at least 14 months.

For my stream, post grad worker, its supposed to take 12 to 14 months. And I have been waiting 7 months so far, so I know I am at least 7 more months away. For real brothers and sisters, I know the wait is tough, but quit whining man, and be realistic. I am in the same boat as you. Its tough as hell, especially if you gonna have to work for one employer, but what are you going to do? Most of you have not reached your estimated processing time, so it begs the question, why are you surprised that you haven't been processed as yet?

Sorry if I stepped on anybody's toes or fingers but I just don't see the benefit in whining.

for processing time brother it was 6 months when we applied.now by the time we reach our current processing time it will raised again..my 2 cents..
so if u think they gonna process files according to current processing time..forget it...

I'll cross that bridge when I get there but before then I am just going to wait. It is completely futile and redundant to panic or jump the gun. My two cents as well.. we just gotta hold the faith.
