Hello Guys, Quick Question,
I applied under Employer Driven - Skilled Category NOC A
I got a call from AINP yesterday and they have requested to provided dependent information, will be sharing that by today.
Employer did receive email as well asking for particulars about me such as wage hours and more details. Now Employers is not in position to provide confidential information to AINP.
Please advise what i can do for now......... PLEASE HELP

That’s easy. Ask to Agency or Lawyers of Immigration then tell them about your situations

Hello everyone,
i am dec 12 2016 applicant AOR received on Feb 12 2017 and waiting for medical call.
I Applied through SRS AINP inland. Yesterday i got a call from AINP office which i was not excepting. she started asking me questions like where do you work when did you leave your last job, is your address still the same. when i answered her questions i asked her that i have already applied for PR i also have AOR and submitted RPRF so why is AINP wants to know about my job and everthing. she said when you change your job address or marital status ainp nominee is obliged to let ainp know about the changes. and i was like ok sounds good. after few minutes i got an email from her that she require supporting documents to update my ainp file which sounds wired. so the documents she now require is banks statements, rental lease aggreement job offer letter and previous job resignation or terminiation letter.
her email now made me worried. i can provide all of the information and documentation my other friends are also ainp nominee but they never received this type of call. like after your aor rprf. my nomination also expierd on may 2017.
anubody know about this sitution please let me know. i am lil worried now. i will submit my documents on tuesday nov 21 2017.

Hi Fahad,
I think this is completely fine. Think, AINP for 100% need to know any changes to your file. i.e Address, Change in job address or any changes with your marital status. They need to know everything. Any changes please e-mail them. They need to know because they need to identify you as a correct person in case IRCC contact provincial nominee. Think about it, Its not weird at all. Just send them the required documents to update your file. This may also mean your file is very much in progress with IRCC.

Really appreciate your response. i was just wondering why do they need bank statments and lease aggreement. they never asked it when i was applying AINP.

yes i did change my job after extension. i never informed them.

and also i have registered my own business after i got extension of ainp ..... so actually i am working for my self (more like a contractor/self employed)yes i did change my job after extension. i never informed them.

What I mean people who recently got nominated , AINP start asking some of them about bank statement and lease agreements ( to confirm home address) . I think old rules still applied for youyes i did change my job after extension. i never informed them.

Did AINP write the reason in email why they want updating your file ?
When did you register your own business ? and when did you quit your previous job ?

They just said on email that they wan to update the file for future refernce for CIC
i left job on march 2017, i was already planning for my own business since i came here i registered my business on i believe Dec 2016

No. before got nominated when they call the employer for verification sometimes ask for lease and bank statements nowadays
