Applied Noc 2014
Nomination through email - 20Aug2016
Day before they just asked to provide work permit and update personal information if changed, and got nomination next day.
Really thanks to all members on this forum, and good luck. Hopefully all receives their ainp soon!!!
Hey my friend ..don't start the frustration from now..you knew your options and you are responsible for what you decided as you are well informes about the processing time..it is totally unfair for those who did not know when they applied that they have to wait for two years!lucasyou009 said:AINP is totally unfair for the International Graduate, they are mean to do this.
in my opinion, they are not unfair at all to international graduate or as a matter of fact to any one, there are thousand of people who applied after the processing time increased to 2 years and they all waited(including me) eventually after the long wait everyone who are eligible and qualified enough to get the nomination, they did get nominated. If you think they are unfair or biased to international graduate then there are many other options and provinces, find any employer who is willing to apply LMIA for you spend your $$$ on lmia. AINP is not charging a single penny to anyone for the work they are doing in return you can just be patience.lucasyou009 said:AINP is totally unfair for the International Graduate, they are mean to do this.
Totally agree..the provide an opportunity..take it or leave it..your choices..See for SASK you need to work 24 months to apply ..in Manitoba..you get -500 if you graduated from other provinces..in Ontario ..it extremely difficult unless you get Msc or Phd ..here in Alberta before 2013 you can apply only if you graduated from Alberta and worked for 6 month in( your related field of study)..Pjoshi27 said:in my opinion, they are not unfair at all to international graduate or as a matter of fact to any one, there are thousand of people who applied after the processing time increased to 2 years and they all waited(including me) eventually after the long wait everyone who are eligible and qualified enough to get the nomination, they did get nominated. 2. Why did not you tell her in the phone call that you are on notice period and inform her about the new job..do you expect that she will believe that you apply and got hired on this week period workout even giving the two weeks notice period..I remember that my advice was to be honest!!
3.Now you have a different job noc than what you applied with..all forms has to be changed and this my cause much delay..you may also have to wait until you get your payslip so you can provide it!
4.Can you make your new employer give you an offer letter with the same NOC..I mean the NOC C..by this you only have to go ahead and sit for IELTS..this makes it less complicated as I dout that she will challange that you are working in NOC B as she did with your current job..and you don't want to be in dispute with AINP officer..do you?
