My application was received on April 19th, 2016 and got the confirmation on June 15th, 2016.

PGWP category - NOC 6211

Hope to get nomination within this week.

I APPLIED IN AINP UNDER SRS- ENG. OCCUPATION ON 7 TH JUNE 2016 ,THEY RECEIVED ON 9 TH JUNE ,2016 .I GOT MY FILE NO ON 19 JULY , 2016. My NOC code -2253.
As of update on 25 th july , 2016 my file's decision should be done as they are processing the files onwards 14th june ,2016.
I didnt get any update .so after waiting of 2 weeks i called them and they told me that by mistake they put my file under srs-post grade category.Now i told them to change my category as the have done this mistake .
Its been one week i didnt hear from them.And they are still replying me that my file is with officer .What should i do ? Can i take any legal action ?

Legal action!!.. After 2 months waiting .. are you serious...Have you even read Ainp terms and conditions before thinking about taking a legal action.. I quote ".. By submitting an application to the AINP you acknowledge and agree that your application may not be processed in the order received, or at all. Further, the decision to assess / process any particular application, and the outcome of any such assessment / processing, is at the AINP’s sole discretion" end quote .

Ainp is not your legal right.. it is at AINP’s sole discretion.

I applied throug SRS compulsary trade on 26th July 2016. AINP reveived the documents on 27th July 2016. But I didnt receive any emails to confirm they recevie the documents. So I called them on Friday, they confirm they received the application and gave me the File Number. This is weird. Huh
