Not really, like i said my bro's WP expired on june 26 and he applied on aug 13.
We got no call. And we called last week, we were told that perhaps the officer might call you around the time whem he expects you to get new WP, he saw we applied for wp extension.

As i said in my previous post,it has become more evident "lately" - to be specific,this month.I have heard same stories from atleast 4 consultants in Edmonton.

Anyways,i hope your brother's nomination gets approved !

Well don't know if it true or not bt my friend went to MLA's office and they sent an email to AINP. But he did receive his nomination via email ( he got interviewed for 5 min through a Lady officer )

Called my employer as well

Didn't ask for any extra documents

Emailed after 3 hours the nomination

I applied on 19th April 2016 under PGWP category - NOC 6211 . I received the file number on 15th June . As per website, it says that applications till May 26 have been assessed under PGWP category but i haven't received the nomination yet.

I applied for A.I.N.P on August 19th 2014 and i got nomination on 4th July 2016. My work permit expiry was 5th july 2016. The only reason i got nomination was Call from M.L.A. to A.I.N.P. office. So please contact your M.L.A. or M.P. and asked them to use their power to help you out in this situation. (Noc code 6311). wish you luck. Stay positive.
