What about Post-Graduate Worker Category? Does it take forever as well?

Strategic stream PGWP should be faster. I applied mine in June 2015 and I got my nomination back in December 2015. That was when they cleared the inventory prior to the freeze. Not sure about now. tho..

That is super slow.. It's already a quarter of year past. They should have issued at least 1300 nominations. Are they pilling up the quota for the year-end?

Well, Quota for 2016 is not been declare yet....Not Sure what they are planning to do. If they continue with this speed then they will hardly issue 2000-2500 AINP Cert.

I tell you what AINP want to do : keep very slow to issue certificates first half year, it means 2/3 EDS or international student 's work permit will expires (who wait almost 2 years) , those people will out game. don't worry, AINP will issue very quick in second half year, it means they plan to clear away all inventory for other Category except EDS by end this year. AINP will alive again . how they do is let most EDS work permit expires and give as much certificate as they can to the rest of all Category

this is not new, they did this @ end of 2015 !!!
