Hello all,

I have a question regarding AINP - I am eligible for two different streams of AINP:

(a) Employer-Driven Stream - International Graduate Category

(b) Employer-Driven Stream - Skilled Worker Category

Any suggestions which one I should file under - Based on the application inventory AINP have more applications for Skilled Worker Category. There might be other minor/major benefits or drawbacks which I might not be aware of as I am not that well aware. Please guide me.

I applied for my ainp noc code 1243 in October 2014, The minimum wages should be 18.34/ hr for this code, but mine are 16/ hr on the ainp file. What will be the results for this. Is there any possibility I will get ainp?

They are very strict on the salary wage, if your wage is higher than what is your in wage in lmo and contract it is good, but if your wage is lower on what is it in your contract your wmployer should be ready to explain this
