Sorry, I'm still waiting for my nomination, so I'm not the best. :(

All I am trying to say is don't blame ainp, they have given us a chance to stay here.

However the federal government caps the amount of people ainp can nominate. Like us they didn't really have a choice.

Just hope for the best and plan for the worst. At least we had a chance.

What a load of crap.

dont fight guys ... but ainp shud be transparent in how they are dealing with applications.... m also waiting from dec 2013 ... n seeing people getting nomination applied after me is worst thing!!

I am not blaming you for whining, I am just telling the fact.

And where did you see load of crap in his post?

a friend of mine got his nomination couple of days ago, right before his work permit expired, for EDS Skilled NOC 1241 - Administrative Assistant, applied in April 2014, not a 4 year cap. And everything would be fine and dandy except he already had ITA and AOR. So ANOTHER nomination wasted... What a mess.. :(

how he got ITAÉ, DO he has LMIA already, PLease help here, i m bit confused.

He had LMO from April 2013, qualified for EE, got ITA, applied for PR, got AOR, and then got Nomination he's obviously not gonna need. The point is AINP is wasting nominations while some people have to leave the country.

U r spot on...how come they dont see this....i saw post earlier someone said he told AINP he got ITA when AINP called him they still send him nomination...whts the point doing tht???
May be when their WP expire which based on LMIA lose 600 points too..b/c getting ITA is just 1st stage..so inbetween if WP expires then i guess ITA is not valid..since if u deduct 600 points they will not meet cut off point for ITA

if you received ita and sent application you are OK even if your work permit expires. After submitting application your profile and points are locked and change of any condition will not affect the process.

@monkucha,

Absolutely correct. Once a person submits his PR application,it will be fast tracked nd he may probably have option to apply for OWP.
please,comment.

Good luck !!!!
