He applied under EDS to AINP but what kind of work visa under which he has been working since April 2011. For example post graduation work permit ( PGWP), employer supported work visa or an open work permit. once you give this info. I believe it will help a lot of people here. I got my nomination today applied Jan 6th NOC 6311 approved on march 2nd ............. no calls or verification at all

i think most of the ppl who havent got AINP yet here are recent graduates, no LMIA and have about 1 year canadian experience and likely no foreign work experience either so i would say most here end up having around 370-390 score. so no movement here.its just wht i m guessing based on my profile.
on other hand ppl working on LMIA based WP are getting ITAs and at a same time AINP too lately so one group who is under EDS-SKILLED is benefiting twice and who has applied under EDS-IGC are losing from both ends.

I read in other thread-a guy got ITA from EE and one year WP extension email from AINP. Good news from both ends for him/her. Another one year WP garbaged.

Going by the situation as of now,uncertainty is looming large.I would appreciate if some one could advise me ,considering the piqued position I find myself in.My profile is as under:

Did you apply for work permit extension before your permit's expiry in Oct 2014? If you did, you would be working legally under ' implied status'. Otherwise, you would have been working illegally and AINP would not approve your application. Actually, you could request your employer to make inquires on his/her LMIA application.

thank you very much for UR suggestion/observation.
my consultant had applied for LMIA nd extension of WP . Almost five months have since elapsed and I am yet to get any update. MY employer has not got any communication/query in this regard from CIC. IRONICALLY, the consultant has put on hold my EXPRESS Entry application,on pretext of pending LMIA APPROVAL, I am told to wait UNTIL 1ST April ,2015 FOR UPDATE/DECISION.
I am terribly confused.YOUR THOUGHT ON WHAT COULD BE COOKING UP,AS OF NOW.
