i received an email todat requesting for additional docs like current lmo,wp and contract.they gave me 1week deadline w/c would be on sept2.

my work permit is expiring on sep23 and i dont have any new lmo as my employer wont give anymore,and we are just only waiting for the nomination.

question: is there any chance that they will deny my application because my wp is expiring soon? i am really nervous right now..

i rcvd email too last week asking for paystub from dec-present and T4,i send them the docs thru email but haven't rcv any reply from them.

based on the answer I got from the call center, U should not change employer. U should still work with the same employer when u are nominated otherwise, they will deny ur apllication. Call them too to explain or see possibilities

It takes me for 1 month for there reply... once they call they give your nomination...

my boss wrote a letter explaining my situation.he told cic that the lmia is on process but haven't got even a file number.he provide a proof that we already applied..after a month i got my WP.

I got a question to update AINP for salary increase?

Do i need to send a letter and a pay stuff or only pay stuff is enough to AINP to update the increase? and also is there any specific rule in Alberta
to convert Yearly Salary into Hourly pay?

Hi

I applied for AINP under Alberta Work Experience Category in November 2013 and my work permit is expiring in November 2014. I've received the file number from AINP office on January 6. Haven't heard anything after that!!

Please guide as I'm really worried as my status is expiring in November 2014 and my employer is not willing to extend my permit or provide any positive LMIA.

Please share your suggestions.
