Im canadian looking to sponser my colombian common law. We live in Argentina. What is your opinion on applying through Buenos Aires vs. Bogota?
Does it matter if we apply through the Buenos Aires office. He is a resident here too..but doesnt hold a passport through argentina.

Your spouse must be legally resided in Argentine for 1 year if you want to apply via Buenos Aires, otherwise he can apply via his home country

Argentine office is 3 months faster than Columbia office,
