Questions: Sponsor - Financial Evaluation Form

Pleas help me with the following questions for PGP2019 application. I am the sponsor and sponsoring mt dad and mom.

1. I sponsored my parents for a visitor visa in the past. Is that considered as an undertaking?
2. Should I leave the boxes in 3B blank and not fill in a "0" if its not applicable?
3. My wife is NOT a co-signee, should I put "1" in the box for question# 5?
4. I have a kid, should I put "1" in the box for question# 6?
5. What should be the family size that I need to fill in in Employment History?
Its me, my wife and kid who are citizens of Canada, my brother and sister in law are PR holders, I am sponsoring my mom and dad.
Is the family size going to be 5?
