Can anyone answer my questions related to the FD-258 fingerprinting card?

Today I went to the police department at Abu Dhabi (UAE) to get the FD-258 fingerprinting. But when I came back, I noticed that they did not provide ORI # (Originating Agency Identifier) and the OCA #. Are these two pieces of information mandatory for getting the Police Certificate from the US?

Another thing is that the FD-258 form given by the police department is an old version. I checked online and found a newer version. Will the old version a problem?

Any insights on these two questions. Thanks a million!!!

I dint find ORI# and regarding OCA, I didn't remember if it was filled in my case either.
However you should have used the latest format also refer to the below link for FAQ#7:

If from Dubai (Dubai Visa only) you can all do fingerprints in Al Qusais Police Station across Emarate Police Station

I visited both locations and they seems they are not aware about the FD-258 figure print and they advise me to approach the ministry of interior in Abu Dhabi which I also did and they told me they don't have such service. I'm thinking to go to Dubai to do it over there. I tried to call them several times however they are not responding. do you know if they are operation now or they are not doing any finger print service due to COVID-19

If no option in Abu Dhabi your only last option is try your luck in Dubai "maybe" then can help but most probably not, as the signatory of Dubai Police will not be honored in Abu Dhabi as well.
