Questions regarding visitory visa from Islamabad for sponsored spouse

but my husband submitted my application in feb 2012....and now a days missisuga office working on application receiving on january....so i dont have any file no yet.......and which type of proof should i show that proves my strong ties to pakistan....(my father is doctor senior govt officer should he write any govt. letter which shows that i came back at time) plz reply....

You can write that your application is in Mississagua and include your reciept number. Bascially you just need to give them up to date information. Certain things which may show ties to pakistan are good stable job, property, family etc. In your case having your father in a good position should be a plus. If you have any property in your name, include that. Previous travel history could be useful.

i am not doing any job.....and i dont have any travel history....but i have strong family background like my all family is doctors family including my father.....so is my father write letter and stamp by senior most gvt officer that will gurantee that i came back to pk...????and one thing more should i also attach my bank statement ...other wise in my invitation letter my father n laws is goin to write that he is also responsible for my expenditures..?????

and what is receipt number?????

Yes you should include your own bank statement. Your strong family back ground shall be helpful and it shall be reflected in the letter of reference by your father. I think number of siblings also matter. If you are only child or just one or two siblings, that shows that you won't be just leaving your parents in such manner. You can explain that you are very close to your mother and father.
Receipt number is for the immigration fee payment made at the time of sending the sponsorship application to Mississauga. Until you get file number from CHC Islamabad, the receipt number is your reference.

It is better to have original letter of invitation. Some people here even have recommended notorized letter but I don't think that is essential. He should include his contact information, such as phone and email.
How much amount you should have it? The obvious answer is more the better but that may not be true. In the forum we have read people with 20k or 30k were refused. Just have a reasonable amount and remember if you are attaching bank statement, those are usually for past six months and any huge inflow of cash in your account would not look good.

Yes Oct to Mar is fine. Medical is not required. Your father-in-law, in his invitation letter, shall say that he is responsible for your medical, hospitalization and any other emergencies.

Person inviting you shall include supporting documents to show thier able financially. So he should include documentation related to his income (including tax returns) . Good to have some history, like past one or two years. Bank statement and employment letter should also be included. If he is self employed then he would have to send some other documentation for the proof of his business.

Marriage certificate: Yes.
Pictures: If your PR file was in CHC Islamabad, I would have said not necessary. Since your file is still in Mississauga, it might be useful to enclose few key pictures. Also, if in the mean time your PR file is transferred to CHC Islamabad, then state that in your TRV application and include file number

and i also want to apply for multiple entry visa?????

...because i want to saty 5 -6 months in canada with my husband then i came back to pak as my visa limit expire then after spending 2-3 months with my parents i again visit to my husband...hope so in this time period i get my PR visa.

I think it is ok. You don't need to wait for the processing of your PR application. Just write that your husband has submitted it on such and such date and include receipt number for reference..good luck
