I want to know if there are those who try it And succeeded
For example
I studied in my country Commerce
and
I want to study IT
Can I get a student visa without any problems?
Is there one try that and get study visa?

I am worried about your course selection. You may get rejection with reason "Course mismatch"
Your previous study is Commerce and now IT.

I always heard that in US that is the freedom to choose any stream after any course but why canada is denying such visa application I dont know. They feel that such ppl can become illegal immigrants and wont leave canada. I have seen few cases like this in this forum thats why this is my opinion after reading those stories. But always wait for other opinions also.

It doesnt mean nobody tried, If you are getting admission in very reputed college then it will be easier for you to get visa assuming you have good profile also.
otherwise risk factor is there. there is no thumb rule

I do not know why segregation
There are some refugees who go to Canada
And take money from the government
Although they Are not in need of asylum
Or
They lie to get asylum
I know some people who succeed in that
Yes, I want to use the study as a way for Migration
At least
I'm going to pay money in order to learn and get a suitable job and pay taxes
Despite this
Canada make study procedures more difficult
Because of frivolous arguments

If you can prepare a good SOP showing your reasons for changing sector and securing a bright career then you have a chance for getting visa. There a few in this forum who have succeeded bu this way.
