Questions about Forms - AINP H1B applicant

Dear friends,
I almost finished my entire application and I am putting everything all together to mail it to AB. However I have a few minor, technical questions about some details, that I was unable to find on the forum. I would be appreciated for some brief responses from people, that are more "experienced" that I am - thank you in advance folks!

1. There are some places on forms, where we have to put specific periods of time (dates). In few places (i.e. employment history) you have to put "to date" or "present" to indicate that at the tie of mailing your application you are with this company. However I ws unable to type in there anything, but specific date. Is it allowable to to put "to date" or "present" using black pen in these places? What is the way to go with it?

2. IMM0008 Sch.1 They request about personal history since I turned 18 without leaving any gaps in time. What exactly should be a level of details here? Should I, for example, indicate "travel/summer vacation" between my college years or can I just include: from... to... studying/college for the entire few years of my college time?
They also ask for education history on this form. While I was during my senior year in college, I started second, different major, however I completed only 4 semesters out of 6 without any diploma - it was due to fact, that I was graduated from my first major already and came in to US since I had a job offer. Should I include this period of my education on my education history as well?

3. IMM0008 Sch.4 What should I put in provincial category/stream field?

4. IMM0008Generic. There are fields for the pictures of myself and dependents, if applicable. I've found somewhere that I do not have to mail pictures, but since AB requires copies of CIC forms, should i place the pictures on the application and make a copy with pictures? Or just without them?

5. Does it matter if AINP009A will be printed on letter or A4 paper format? I believe it shouldn't but I thought I might ask. The reason is that I will be applying with my fiancee and she had to sign some of the documents. I do have them but... on A4 paper, which is common in Europe but not in North America. Is there a potential for any issues? Should I rather keep the convention and prepare everything on letter format?

I hope these questions will not cause any troubles to you guys, as I kindly request someone for brief responses that might help me and others in the future.

Cheers!

After careful review of other threads I was able to find some answers, but I would be appreciated for responses to 1, 3 and 5 since it is still not clear. Thank you for your input.

1. You can use black pen.

3. It is probably best to put "Strategic Recruitment Stream – U.S. Visa Holder Category" but I don't think it fits in the box if you type. So, my suggestion would be "Strategic Recruitment Stream, US Visa Category" This just fits in the box. (When I applied for AINP, this box was not on the form.)

And one more question.

I am required to mail copies of CIC forms together with application for provincial nomination. Some of these forms (IMM0008 Sch.1 background declaration, IMM5406 additional family information and IMM0008 Sch.4) require your signature and date at the bottom. It is obvious, that it has to be signed, but should they be dated?
If so, should I put a current date on it? I ask, because after receiving a nomination, these documents will have to be mailed to CIC. Considering, that to receive a nomination takes 10-12 months or more right now, these documents will be dated a year backwards at the time of mailing them to CIC. What should I do? What did you do? Thanks folks.

Yes, you can put current date. Anyway, you need to fill the form again later for CIC process. (I applied through my lawyer and I put current date.)
