Yes, all those things would work, Keep the travel tickets, and also keep the documents which show he paid for the tickets.
Paypal transfers, all of those are good supporting documents.
Start to print them and keep them filed for your application.
You would have to check with the specific utility or phone company at the time, it's difficult to know such exact answers in advance.
My experience is the companies usually put an account in only one name, but there could be a way for him to add you to his phone plan for example so you could have your own cell phone, and then he can provide proof that you share a family plan IF his cell company offers that.

I think you're on the right track. Good Luck
I hope so, it's a long way from now but I wouldnt want it to be sent back to me/denied

I'm sorry for all the questions, but I was wondering about one last thing.
When I apply for the PR and the Open Work Permit, I have implied status until I get the work permit, right? That's what you meant with that I have legal status while the application is being processed?

In the first form, I would pick family as the program, and then spouse as the category?

Family members include YOUR parents, Your brothers and sisters, and your children.
Family members does not include parents and siblings. Family members refers only to spouse/partner and dependent children who are not already Canadian citizens/PRs.

http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/information/applications/guides/5289ETOC.asp#family

Family members

An applicant’s closest relatives, in the context of an application. It is defined as a spouse or common-law partner, dependent children, and their dependent children.

Parents and siblings are not family members for the purposes of this application. They are listed only on the Additional Family Information form.

Yes, applying for the OWP along with the PR app will maintain your status.

You need to be specific when you refer to forms.

I meant the Generic Application Form for Canada!

How is the best way to get all the papers together?
Would it be in a folder?

Okay thank you!

On the Generic Application Form for Canada, it asks me if I have had any nicknames and such.
I have had a nickname since kindergarten but, is that what they mean?

Since I'm in Canada as a visitor when we will be sending the application, what address do I put?
Should I put his address first, even though my name is not on his address, and then put my home address as the residential address?

Yes, any other name that people call you.

You put your Canadian address for both mailing and residential. The fact that you are a visitor doesn't matter.

What about my "Online name" Like the name I use on my accounts, instagram?

I was looking at the Schedule A - Background and Declaration, and it tells me to provide information of what I have been doing since I was 18 or the last ten years, since I turned 18 last year, I will only have one year of school and then i wont be doing anything until the application, do I just put that little information in there?
Same with the address, should I just provide for that one year where I lived at home with my mother, and should I put my boyfriends address, since I would be staying there with him at the time of the application?

Is Depression considered a mental disorder, and would that make it harder for me to be accepted?

At the top I have to put my fathers name and my own names, since I got my middle name from my mom and my last name from my dad, I wouldnt know how to put it, since it wants all our family names to be the same?

No, just names that people actually call you.

Yes, just put info from when you turned 18.

Yes, from when you turned 18. If you are living with him when you apply, then yes, you will put his address.

Yes, depression is considered a medical condition. It would only affect the app if the Panel Physician determined you could be a risk to public safety in Canada.

?? How exactly does it want your family names to be the same? Just put the names in, whatever they are.

What would I write about it? Should I get any papers from my current doctor about it?

I don't know, when I put my middle name and last name, it puts those names in both my fathers and mothers family name section, and when I change theirs, it changes all of them.

I also don't have any national identity documents, in Denmark we just have our health insurance card with our Social Security Numbers
Would I just put no in the "Do you have a national identity document?" in the Generic Application Form?
And would I just put N/A in "intended occupation"?

What if I/we don't know the exact date when we started talking for the first time?

In the Sponsorship and Relationship form, it asks if we're living together now, at the time we'd apply, I'd be staying with him, so I'd answer yes, correct?
Then it tells me to put the period(s) after our conjugal relationship started, but if we're married, does that still apply?
And would I have to put any information in the "if you are not living together, have you visited" section?

It might just be a techinal difficulty, but thank you so much for your help! There's a lot of things

As for the depression, when you do your medical, your panel physician will either give you a referral form for your psychiatrist to fill out or they will refer you to a psychiatrist if you choose. The panel physician has to get a psychiatrist report from them basically stating your diagnosis, previous hospitalizations, current management (such as meds), prognosis, and any restrictions on your ability to work, and if you're a risk to self or public safety. My psychiatrist refused to do mine because he seemed confused and apparently thought he was setting himself up for liability. So I ended up having to get a referral from my panel physician. They will more than likely refer you to someone who is used to doing these types of referrals and it shouldn't be any big issue for them to give you a good once over and write their report.

As said above, the Panel Physician will tell you what further information may be required.

I don't know what the form is doing with the names. I tried it and it worked fine. Try downloading it again or open it with a different program.

Correct, put no for the ID.

Put something. It doesn't need to be what you actually do but just put what you think you will do for a job when you first get here.

Guess and explain on a separate sheet that you don't have any records from when you first started talking and don't know the exact date.

Yes, the information should be current to your situation at the time you apply. I caution you against filling out the forms too early. It's good to get familiar with the process early but the forms are updated frequently and if you send an old form, there is a good chance your app will be returned to you.

Yes, it applies. Everything in the application applies unless IRCC specifically says "this question doesn't apply if married" or " this is not needed if living together" etc. People often end up with returned apps when they start thinking things don't apply to them. For example, many people have had their app returned for not filling out the Additional Family Information form (usually based on the reasoning that "my family isn't going to immigrate, so IRCC doesn't need that information").

Just put "We are living together".

I'm waiting, definitely, I just like to be sure about what I will have to do, so I wont have to spend THAT much time once we actually apply!
Thank you so much for your help!
