Hey everyone i have a doubt

I recently submitted an outland spousal pr sponsorship application for my wife who is in usa.

I did this while i am residing in ontario.

Due to lack of job opportunities in Ontario for me Im now considering a move to BC

Does this have any affect in our Application. Is there anything specific that i have to keep in mind.
No impact

Would provide anything showing that Ontario is your permanent home. If your spouse is working they should make sure they are working in Ontario. In that region many work and live on either side of the border with no issue but in this case it is important to shift everything to Ontario and try to convince IRCC that this isn’t a temporary move to qualify for PR faster and easier and that you don’t plan on returning to Quebec as soon as you obtain PR.
Where do you get your information from? Even if you plan to move back to Quebec after you get PR, this does not affect the location of the PR application. Are you a lawyer or licensed consultant? I keep reading your posts and many times, it's not accurate. I am surprised. can you clarify, please?

If you have an address in another province but ties to Quebec there is no guarantee that you will be processed as a non-Quebec applicant. If anything IRCC and Quebec are becoming more strict because people are trying to move out of Quebec temporarily during sponsorship with plans on returning to Quebec and without severing all ties. Also it is problematic to return to Quebec soon after getting PR in another province through sponsorship since spouse will not have CSQ. That is one of the ways Quebec tries to make sure people apply through Quebec.

You are so wrong. I have verified your claim with friends in this situation. And with relevant immigration law resources online.

Stop getting a life on here spreading disinformation. I will not respond to you anymore.

Not sure how a few friends and a few websites are reliable sources especially when policies and enforcement are variable and can change.
