Question regarding translated documents

Hi All,

I have a question regarding the translated copy of my birth certificate. It is translated to English and signed by a Sworn Translator of a District Court in my country. Does this document have to be notarized? Or is it enough to have the seal of the Sworn Translator?

I have a question regarding the translated copy of my birth certificate. It is translated to English and signed by a Sworn Translator of a District Court in my country. Does this document have to be notarized? Or is it enough to have the seal of the Sworn Translator?

If a document is translated by a certified translator then the notary stamps are optional. However, the copy of the original document should be certified: either by the certified translator /or by the notary.
