Question regarding Quebec Skilled Worker Program

Good day!
I would just like to ask if we are required to send and have our education credentials assessed by a quebec regulatory authority just like WES to know the equivalent of our education credentials in Quebec? I am not able to see this step in their application guide.

Also, regarding Area of Training, what is the equivalent of Bachelor of Science in Information Technology? Is it computer science?

I have also the same question regarding areas of traning. my bechelor degree is on the Business Information Systems and I do not know whether it fits computer science/computer engineering or not.

Could you share me too if you find a compeling evidence about this issue, please.
