I acknowledged my AOR on 25th July 2014 whereas ECAS status shows application has been received on 12th June 2014.

Which date should I consider while waiting for MR or any notification ?

Consider for what purpose?

They are separate situations -

Received date is the date that they received your application
AOR date is the date they go through your application and agreed that your application is complete.

You should consider both - as well as the date you mailed your application, application fees cashed..etc
