My interview request also did not say anything about translations. I'm also trying to figure it out. I will be calling the call centre first thing tomorrow to ask. Good luck with your interview.
Please do let us know if you were able to get hold of the call centre? My letter does say that color copy of the pages are required but does not mention anything related to translation of document.

I was able to talk to someone from the call centre on my second try. It was very unhelpful and discouraging though. The person told me that everything that is not in French or English has to be translated, but when I asked about EU entry/exit stamps for example she didn't know what to say. I asked her if she could let me know if my files had been received by my office and she told me that the officers are really busy and that they never upload anything online which doesn't seem to be the case according to the experience of some other applicants. I gave up and got some of my entry/exit stamps translated and sent my office another email with the translations. Now I'm worrying about every other small thing on my visa stamps but I've given up. I'm going to wait for the interview and see what happens. Good luck to you too!

Hello everyone, my old passport was lost while applying for PR before, but I still keep the police report of that loss and the copy of biological and stamp pages. Is that ok for the interview? Please advise.

Yeah, should be fine. I mean, you can't show them something that you don't have. You'll be asked to email all pages of passports held in the past 5 years (valid or expired). Attach all the pages of the passport you have and let them know you've lost the other passport when you were applying for PR before and you have the police report with you. You should be okay.

Thank you so much for your reply, when you received the test invite, how many days did you have to do the test?

I had the same thing. I provided colour photocopies of my passports but the translator provided black and white copies in their affadavit.

I submitted both and had no issues. Soon after submission, they changed my oath ceremony status from "not started" to "in progress" and provided me the date of my ceremony.
Hi, could I know if you notarized the translated docs as well?
Also, your pages that needed translation, were they completely in a diff language?
I ask, because for some of the visa stamps I have, the content is both in the native/local language + English as well (e.g name, type of visa, expiry etc.)

Thank you.

Pages were not notarized as I used a certified translation service (https://www.taontario.ca/). If all local language words have an accompanying French/English word then I did not get those translated.

All visas and stamps were in a completely different language.

Did they ask you to email color copy of the pages or print the color copy of the pages and send to their office?

They provided an email address in the letter to send the color scan copies of ALL pages (and not just the one with bio and visa stamps).
