Question on Receipt, name change of wife, personal identification,biographic pages for son

Hi Folks,

Need urgent help and insights on the following questions:

1. Do we need to add marriage certificate, especially for wife's application? My wife's new name post marriage is there in her passport.
2. I paid the fees as a TOTAL for 3 and now have just one receipt (capturing the fees for all three). There are 3 separate applications (me , my wife, son).
3. Does biographical pages of passport and or travel documents means only the first and last page with photo and details incl (dob, place) or do we need to attach all the stamped pages capturing travel history?
4. For son's (he is PR) application, for documents under
Photocopy of two (2) pieces of personal identification.
Both pieces of identification should show the minor’s name and date of birth, one of which must have a photo on it.
I' m looking to furnish the Health Insurance Card and 1st Page of his Indian Passport. In that case, does this also suffice for "the Photocopies of the minor’s biographical page of all valid and expired Passport(s)

Any solutions/insights here?

Depend, if her married name is on her pr card and she never changed her name after pr, no need to send a certificate.
If she changed her name after pr you may need to send a certificate and other docs, Check Appendix A instruction guide.

You can make three copies of the same receipt if you want and join one with each application.

first page, I am not sure if some passports do have personal information on the last page too. if they do then yes add the last page.

The first page of a valid passport and healthcare card should be ok as IDs.
