Applying for my parents citizenship, there are 2 separate requirement for photocopies:

1) Photocopy of biographical pages of passport
2) 2 pieces of personal identification (samples listed here includes passport as well)

So my question is:
If I submit passport (requirement #1), can the passport be counted as part of "2 pieces of personal identification" (requirement #2) as well? I.e. I'd submit total 2 photocopies: one of passport and another of (let say) health insurance card. Or do I need to submit any other piece of personal identification?

Thank you. Would PR card be considered as a part of "2 pieces of personal identification"? The card has photo.

The second ID could be a DL or a provincial ID card issued by Service Ontario.
