Hi. I have a question about the personal details section question 2a and 2b on Form IMM0008. If divorced is the spouse supposed to put previous married names or is this section only to identify any maiden name?

If your current name (First name and last name) is different than before than you have to check yes and mention the name from previous marriage.
If your name is same than you can check no to that answer.

If your name is different before divorce and after divorce.
Lets say your name was xyz aaa before divorce and now your name is xyz rrr, you need to mention xyz aaa.

Ok, so you need to provide all previous married names. If an individual was divorced more than once I assume we add this on a separate page?
