Question on CRS Score - URGENT

Friends, my profile is below, I am looking for some advise,

Age:33
Education: MBA, BE (both non CANADIAN)
Profession: IT Manager (NOC 0213) with 10 plus experience (non CANADIAN)
IELTS- Reading 9, Writing 7, Speaking 8.5, Listening 7
Spouse: 31
Spouse Education: MBA (Non CANADIAN_
Experience: Nil
IELTs: Nil

I am not planning to take my wife initially. When I run my CRS score, I am only getting 389, I do not have a Canadian job offer, or provincial nomination or Canadian experience or education. Can you please suggest if there are any other opportunities under the Skilled Worker program that I can apply? Is this the end of the door for me or is there any other way I can increase my CRS score? I simulated my Federal Skilled Worker score and it is more than 67. Kindly advise.

Increase your IELTS that would help a lot keep studying and you can do it!

It's your listening score which is causing problems. If you improve it from 7 to 8, your points will jump to 430+

Just retake the IELTS, its the listening part which is bringing your score down. Good luck.
