My boyfriend and i will be starting the common law process soon. How would we provide documentation if the house is in my own name?

Thank you for your response. The details were awesome i know whatelse we can do.

What concerns me is the mortgage is in my name. I will not be charging him rent as it will increase my income for tax purposes.

Would the utility bills be enough to prove living there?
