Hello

I was just wondering, are the flights (Air Canada or Air India) full?

Because I've noticed that the prices tend to drop quite a lot the closer you are to to the departure date.
For example, Air India from DELHI to Vancouver for Friday March 12th is for 39k right now.

Or do those flight tickets (@39k) tend to get cancelled due to the flight being over booked or something?

I m searching for flights. I am planning to go to Toronto in April. Do you have any idea about Turkish and Etihad airlines. I called Turkish and they said I can book the ticket for April but for now it's not operating it will start in April. I have also heard that after 31st march new rules will come for the airlines. I am so confused about when and which airlines should I book? because Airlndia is too expensive.
