Good afternoon I have a question about the reference letter.
I read topics before about the problems you could face by faking reference letters.
My question is: My wife has been working for 2 years as a customer service representative and her boss told her he would help her making her a reference letter changing the position name and the responsibilities (help desk position) in order to fit a NOC and get the points.
Do you think in this case having the consent of the owner of the company who will create the reference letter and sign it we could have problems?
She has been actually working there and continue to work there.
We have pay stub and we have submitted our taxes twice.
So to summarize she has been working for 2 years, the company does exist and its a legal company with employees and everything. Only thing is that she works as a customer service representative and we want to do a letter stating she is a help desk position and match the NOC to get the points. all with the approval and consent of the owner of the company.
Thank you!
