Question about two or more degree, diploma/ certificate

Hello everyone,

I have a degree from university now and I’m thinking to take a fast track college course, to boost my score.

Is those kind of fast track diploma program (3 months) count as a second diploma? For example: tourism/ flight attendant diploma?

Depends on the school and how the diploma is evaluated by WES or another assessment agency.
