I submitted a paper application to TRV but I have no previous countries of residence other than my country of citizenship for more than six months during the past five years so is this thing may become reason of not grant me the visa?

not necessarily! if u have strong ties to ur country, u r still fine! travel history if good for trv approval! anyway, all the best!
