question about sponsoring one married parent

I would like to sponsor my mom from Jamaica, however she is married and her husband is not sure if he wants to migrate to Canada. Is there a way for me to sponsor her and their two dependent children without her husband. or can i place him on the application as a non-accompaying dependent who might come at a later date.

Yes, but he still must be examined and submit the PCCs.

He will have to do the medical as well as supply the Police Certificates. (PCC)

PMM...thanks for the information, u've eased my mind. i'm putting in the sponsorship application but i was concerned that my mom and the two kids wouldn't get approved b/c he wasn't willing to migrate.
