Barcodes are only generated when you print 2 forms.

Application to Sponsor, Sponsorship Agreement and Undertaking [IMM 1344] (Sponsor form)
Generic Application Form for Canada [IMM 0008] (Applicant form).

The barcodes only appear when you click "Validate" in these forms. Which forms are you filling in right now?

Andrew, I have finished fillingout all the forms now.
7 forms altogether right? 3 in sponsorship, 4 in applicant.
And to get the barcode, press the validate means this is the last time of printing?
And I plan to mail it by Fedx, the address of Mississagua is to the P.O.Box 3000, Station A?

The number of forms depends on if you have dependents, which country you are applying from, etc.

When you press Validate the values entered are combined into a barcode so that CIC scans the barcode and these values are put into their system. If you make any changes after clicking Validate you should click it again and reprint.

There are 2 possible addresses to send it to listed here. One is for regular mail and one is for courier. I recommend using a courier service.

It means you can track the package. CIC will not let you know they receive your package. If you use a courier service (like Fedex) you can tell when it has been delivered.

Why courier service? What does courier mean here?
courier means places like fedex, dhl, etc. that do not deliver to po boxes, so if you are using one of them, they will need the "courier" address which is a physical address for delivery. the place you go to will let you know if they can deliver to a po box. generally, people choose the courier service because it's more dependable than canada post and it's trackable.
