Dear Experts,
I have a question about medical validity. As you know that the medical is valid for one year only.
if we assume the following scenario:
1-Medical done 15-Jan-2016
1-AOR 29-Jan-2016
2-PPR 15-SEP-2016
3-Passport received back on 30-Sep-2016
As I understand ,in such case ,this person shall move to canada before 15-Jan-2017 (since the medical result is valid for one year only).
The question is:What to be done if he wanted to postpone his moving till April-2017 ?
Thanks

Best to contact CIC with such questions. Don't want to put your ppr at risk.

There is no way to alter the expiry date of the landing, so this person must do a "soft landing" before 15 Jan 2017 and then this person can move whenever they want as long as it is in time to meet the residency obligation.

That person needs to change their plans and land in Canada before the expiry of their PR visa.
