Okay, just a quick question. My cousin and her husband moved to canada february 2012 applied inland and they keep telling family that her husband ( from uk) is going to hear from immigration this week. Now, My husband and I, (living in the uk, Im canadian hes british) applied outland in August of this year. From what I gather, we should hear first because we applied outland and our case is pretty straight forward. We've been married for 3 years, 2 kids, Ive got residency here in the UK and been here for 3 years. My cousins situation isnt so straight forward. They got married in May of this year and then had a baby in June. Hes 46, shes 26. Hes got 2 kids in the UK he doesnt pay for. Will they ask him for more information on his kids? One will have to assume I dont think her husband, you'd be right. Our entire family dont like him because he doesnt take care of his kids here, he up and left them and doesnt seem bothered by it. Its all a bit, iffy. Anyways, simple question...can you fast track your "inland application"? Thats what they've been telling family. They only just sent in their application in March. Thanks for any replies... And wish you all the best with your applications :) ~Happy Waiting...:)

There is no way to expedite an application. period. CIC is posting 16 months as their In-land processing times... they will hear nothing for approx. 8 months. you on the other hand should have sponsorship approval with-in 69 days. From what you have said theres one huge red-flag and thats their age. 20 yrs a huge difference and I would suspect the IO will request an interview to make sure the relationship is genuine. Unfortunately other then having to list his children on his application they will prolly ask nothing more of them. According to the CIC website they are processing applications received February 7th, 2012.

Thats what I thought! See family are SUPER concerned about him. Hes so much older than her and he litterally just up and left his kids. He says, "the mother of his children doesnt want him to see them anymore". Does anyone know how to report such a person? I know our family is REALLY concerned about the man.
