question about IMM5490 & IMM5540

hi all!

For sponsoring a spouse, both forms IMM5540 & IMM5490 ask to attach proof of genuine relationship. How do you put a bundle together? I have copies of receipts/bills/photos, etc. Do I need to write something on these attachments? Do I need to say these are the same documents for both IMM5540 & IMM 5490? Should I staple all this together? Please give some suggestions on how to simplify organization of these!

Most people have 3 separate folders within the parcel that is sent to CIC:

1. Sponsor's forms and related documents

2. Applicant's forms and related documents

3. Evidence of the relationship

For questions that ask for proof of the relationship, simply write "Please see evidence of relationship folder" (or similar).
