Hi everyone,

In the 2nd page of IMM 0008------ What did they mean by Family members? My Father, Mother, Sisters and Brothers or my Wife and/or common law partner and/or children ?? I have never been married, never nor now have a common law partner.
On the same form at the bottom side, it requires Photos of the family members to be identifed by having the names and date of birth of the family mambers on the back of each photograph. Question is Do these photos needed to be identified by the person (s) whose photos are they or they can be identified by me ( the principal, applicant).

IMM 008 SCHEDULE 1 ----------- #15- Addresses: List all the addresses I have stayed since the age of 18--- Some years ago i went to India and stayed there for a few months. Do I have to mention the address of the hotel I stayed during my visit?

Same Form, #6 --My Status in the country- what does it mean? My Citizenship type?

in IMM 5406 ( Additional Family Information)--------------in section A-- Applicant---- Me or whom? No spouse so keeping it blank and after it Mother and Father. Is this my Father and Father or the space for my Spouse/common law partner´s if there was any. Another question is: what if my father is deceased. Should I include his info on the form?

Again in IMM 5406 ( Additional Family Information)--------------Section B, Whose Children? Section C ---brothers and Sisters--- Mine or my spouse´s if there was any?

Thanks all for your patience in reading and participating !

Here Family member means your wife, children or common-law partner "IF APPLICABLE" , in your case if you not married and have not any common-law partner as well, Just write "N/A" because its not applicable to you. Remember, in any case, don't left empty any boc, write "none' or 'N/A' accordingly.

On the same form at the bottom side, it requires Photos of the family members to be identifed by having the names and date of birth of the family mambers on the back of each photograph. Question is Do these photos needed to be identified by the person (s) whose photos are they or they can be identified by me ( the principal, applicant).

Yourself. Write your name and date of birth back of ONE PHOTO only. Please consult with your visa office specific guide as well for detail information. Each visa office has details guide on ONLY Photos matter.

IMM 008 SCHEDULE 1 ----------- #15- Addresses: List all the addresses I have stayed since the age of 18--- Some years ago i went to India and stayed there for a few months. Do I have to mention the address of the hotel I stayed during my visit?

If you stayed "few months" in hotel, write down .. no harming to write details as much you can provide.

Same Form, #6 --My Status in the country- what does it mean? My Citizenship type?

yes, means in which country you are, what is your status, a resident or citizen.

in IMM 5406 ( Additional Family Information)--------------in section A-- Applicant---- Me or whom? No spouse so keeping it blank and after it Mother and Father. Is this my Father and Father or the space for my Spouse/common law partner´s if there was any. Another question is: what if my father is deceased. Should I include his info on the form?

No spouse , No common-Law partner, so no form filling...... take above form as your personal, leave spouse box "N/A", write your father, mother details ( doesn't matter alive or not) and follow to your brother, sisters, step brothers etc.

Again in IMM 5406 ( Additional Family Information)--------------Section B, Whose Children? Section C ---brothers and Sisters--- Mine or my spouse´s if there was any?

Your Children Of course ( If applicable) , CIC doesn't want information of your Neighbor's Children :))
No Children, just write N/A and sign bellow. Again, no spouse or common-law, forget about that.

Thanks all for your patience in reading and participating !

Family is described as " Spouse, A common-law partner, Dependent children, Dependent child of a dependent child"

On the same form at the bottom side, it requires Photos of the family members to be identifed by having the names and date of birth of the family mambers on the back of each photograph. You do not need to send the photos to CIO. You need to provide to photos to CHC

IMM 008 SCHEDULE 1 ----------- #15- Addresses: List all the addresses I have stayed since the age of 18--- Some years ago i went to India and stayed there for a few months. Do I have to mention the address of the hotel I stayed during my visit?

I would do so

Same Form, #6 --My Status in the country- what does it mean? My Citizenship type?
Citizen or resident

in IMM 5406 ( Additional Family Information)--------------in section A-- Applicant---- Me or whom? No spouse so keeping it blank and after it Mother and Father. Is this my Father and Father or the space for my Spouse/common law partner´s if there was any. Another question is: what if my father is deceased. Should I include his info on the form?

Applicant is you, do not leave blanks for spouse say N/A, include information of father and mother even if deceased

Again in IMM 5406 ( Additional Family Information)--------------Section B, Whose Children? Section C ---brothers and Sisters--- Mine or my spouse´s if there was any?
It is your brothers and sisters, step or half brothers and sisters. You need to fill a seperate from for your spouse but in your case it is not applicable

Thanks all for your patience in reading and participating !
