I was wondering why isn't it possible for someone to be eligible for FSW without foreign work experiences?
I graduated from a university in BC, and went on to work full time in Canada for more than 1 year. I do not have foreign work experiences.
I was looking at my EE profile and noticed that I am only eligible for CEC. I was wondering why I am not eligible for FSW since:

I was looking at my EE profile and noticed that I am only eligible for CEC. I was wondering why I am not eligible for FSW since:
- My FSW points is 74 which is more than the 67 required.
- I have at least 1 year of continuous working experience that is not when I was a student, and in the same TEER as my intended occupation. I am still employed in the same job.
- I have a Canadian Bachelor's degree, no foreign degree.
- My CELPIP score is high enough. All components are more than CLB 9.
