Hi,

I am Canadian by birth my partner is from the UK he has 3 boys who we have included on the generic application form even though they will not be accompanying us. However, we have a daughter together who was born in the UK. We are in the process of applying for her Canadian Citizenship Certificate and she will be moving with us. Do we need to list her as a dependant on the generic application form as well or do we provide info from our Canadian Citizenship Certificate application with an accompanying letter?

Thanks in advance!

You do not apply for the Canadian citizen child on the application form (read instructions carefully), and Canadian citizens cannot apply to become PRs. You do include on the other family info form. You can submit copy of the application for Canadian citizenship for that child (while the citizenship app is pending).
