Question about application being returned

My original application was on submitted on march and returned on june. I reapplied in june with the documents they required and resubmitted. There was no mention of the fee difference on the letter they sent me. I believe fees changed in may. Now my question will my application get returned because of the fee difference? I believe it's something like 85$. I got a UCI number with my march application. Is my application considered a march application? Anyone who got theirs returned because of the fee difference like my situation?

I am not aware that they have returned any due to payment differences, instead (when needed) they send requests to pay. But this is not a guarantee.

If your app was returned, it starts over as if the march application never happened.

I applied in june again with my march receipt. Also for they return the fee if the application is returned? Did I reapply in june with a fee that was returned that I'm not aware of?
