Hello All,
Me and my wife landed in Montreal on September 12th and got our confirmation of permanent residence in P.E.T airport. 15 days later on September 27th, we returned to our homeland. As we had specified the address of one of our friends when we arrived in P.E.T airport, our PR cards are sent to that address. I would like to know what is the safest way for us to obtain our PR cards while we are outside Canada?
Thanks in advance.

The safest way would be to have someone hand-deliver the cards to you outside of Canada. If you don't know anyone (family/friend) who is traveling - then use a courier.

scylla,
Hi
Thanks for your reply. I have heard that it would cause problems if someone is caught in the airport having another one's PR card. Is this true? Also, people say that post offices or logistics suspect packages which they guess may contain PR cards and reject them. Have you heard of these rumours?

Warm Regards,
