hello

i am international medical graduate from india . i applied for B1/B2 u.s. visa from new delhi
on November 5 2012. but i was not given visa . well i am going to canada on family immigration
bases in Canada , in Regina city soon .

i have one elder sister who is U.S. citizen who is residing in New York . who can she invite me in usa
on sibling immigration bases and how long it will take ( processing time )?

i studied full laws on sibling immigration bases but could get processing time from canada .

Your questions isn't clear. Are you asking if your sister can sponsor you for a US green card? If so, then you should be asking this question on a US immigration forum. Try this one:

It's my understanding that she can sponsor you - but it will take around 15 years for the application to be processed.

while residing in canada if u give US medical exam then they will allow u to do residency over their and then pratice u dont need to wait for ur sister to sponsor u because it take almost 17 years
