Query regarding wife's name for WES ECA

Hii Folks,

I am planning to get my wife's ECA done. All her certificates are in her maiden name (Say, Firstname : AAA , Last name : BBB)
But her name is passport is now with my surname (Firstname : AAA , Last name : CCC).
Now with what name should i get the ECA done.

Generally, ECA would be issued with name as it appears in the educational certificates. However, if you can send a Letter of Explanation (LOE) along with a copy of your marriage certificate and spouse's passport, they may mention your surname in brackets against her name. However, it does not matter, if ECA report is issued with your spouse's maiden name, you can explain the same in the LOE when submitting your PR application.

Thanks Stanlee...But the transcript will be sealed by University. How will I be able to send LOE with marriage certificate and passport copy? Is it required to be sent separately?
