Query regarding PCC

Hello guys,

Sorry I was looking for thread for PCC but I couldn't find one, so created new one.

How long PCC is valid from India?. My spouse applied for PCC before 4 months and he is now here in Canada. I am not sure what is the validity period for PCC if you applied from India.

Please help.

As long as he has not been back to India, is valid indefinitely. If he goes back to India before you submit he will need a new one.

If your wife got the PCC when she was in India, she will need a new one.

If you wife got the PCC after leaving India and she has not visited India after that then you can use the same one.

She needs a new one then. She needs to apply for one from outside India to be valid, if she's now in Canada.

indian embassy can issue PCC......apply there
