Query Regarding Passport Submission for Canada Spousal Sponsorship While in the UK

I am currently in the process of applying for Canadian spousal sponsorship. I have received the Acknowledgment of Receipt (AOR) and have my biometric appointment scheduled for October 7th, with my medical exam booked for October 10th.

I will be traveling to the UK by the end of October and plan to stay there until the end of December. My concern is, if I receive a passport submission request while in the UK, will I be able to submit my passport for stamping in the UK, or will I need to return to my home country to complete this step?

Aggressive to think it would come so quickly, but yes, you can submit to any VFS canada anywhere in the world. You want to make sure you have enough time to get it back (2-4 weeks).
