My question is Suppose If I apply for a Job in Canada and I got it. Will my employer need to get an LMIA then? As I know certain provinces like BC gives Nomination if you have a job offer. If an employer in BC giving me job then can I apply for BC PNP?

Yes, your employer must apply for LMIA for you.
Yes, you can be eligible to apply for PNP in case your employer hired you (if LMIA is approved) and also meets some additional requirements.

Why he has to apply for LMIA because if he got LMIA I will get 600 points so whats the point for PNP then?

That are the rules. Job offer alone is not enough.
