I am in the process of applying under NOC 0213 and have a small query regarding the job description and the experience/employment reference letters....
What is the format of providing the job description that is to be attached with the initial application? is it ok if i write the NOC code and a list of my duties? do i have to mention my employer name and projects in this description?
this is the format which i am thinking for Job description/ duties:

* blah blah blah
under this project at my <employer name>, my duties were:
* blah blah blah
* blah blah blah
* blah blah blah
Under NOC 2173, my duties were:
* development of so and so
* blah blah blah
* blah blah blah
* blah blah blah
Would it be detrimental to use the same exact description of duties in employment reference letters as i have mentioned in the job description or shall i paraphrase the duty description while writing the text of the reference letters?the duties performed by mr. so and so during the period of his employment were:
* development of so and so
* blah blah blah
* blah blah blah
* blah blah blah
